BTS Dominates Billboard For Fourth Consecutive Week With "Swim"

The BTS Swim Billboard chart story started with the first week in March, when “Swim” entered the Hot 100 at No. 1. It became the group’s seventh No. 1 on the chart. At the same time, BTS’s fifth studio album “Arirang” opened at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, giving them another history-making week.

That record was a major one. BTS became the first group ever to debut a song and an album at No. 1 on the Hot 100 and Billboard 200 more than once.

“Swim” is gaining more and more popularity globally. The track spent four consecutive weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global Excl. U.S. charts.

Arirang isn’t just growing; it is currently carving out a legendary lane of its own. Arirang became the fastest album ever by an Asian artist to sell 1 million units in the US in just 25 days. The album debuted with 641,000 U.S. units, the biggest opening week of 2026, and remained in the Billboard 200’s top three for at least four straight weeks.
