LE SSERAFIM’s Kim Chaewon will officially miss the 2026 Weverse Con Festival on June 7 as she continues recovering from neck pain, Source Music confirmed.
In a statement released in May, the agency said Chaewon recently received hospital treatment and was advised by medical staff to take a temporary break from her schedule and focus on her health. Her symptoms are reportedly improving. But doctors strongly recommended more rest before she returns to the stage.

Because of the timing, this news is even more upsetting for fans. LE SSERAFIM are in the middle of their PUREFLOW pt.1 era. So, Chaewon’s break comes at a very busy time when the group has a lot of packed schedules.
According to Source Music, Chaewon will sit out several appearances, including university festivals, Spotify PURE FLOWERS LIVE, music show promotions, and the group’s Weverse Con set. The agency also said her future schedule will be adjusted flexibly depending on how her recovery progresses.
